A price calendar for the window, per room and per api-channel rate
plan. min_stay and max_stay are that plan's restrictions for the
night; a stay that breaks them will be refused at booking.

Prices already include whatever seasons, demand rules and discounts
apply. The API deliberately does not say which rule set a price —
integrators should show the price, not explain it.

Rate variations arrive as ordinary rate plans. A "Non-refundable,
10% less" is a variation of a parent plan internally, but you receive
it flattened to one level: its own rate_plan_id, its own final price,
its own min_stay and max_stay. There is no parent to look up and no
adjustment for you to apply. Book it by its own id.

A variation whose parent plan has been switched off is not listed, so
every plan you see here can actually be booked.
